I realized yesterday that on my last trip to Brighton Beach, I bought Low Fat Kefir (a russian buttermilk drink) instead of regular Kefir.

This is analogous to purchasing low fat bacon.

There is no excuse.

    Damn.

    You know my feelings about low-fat milk products.

    In protest, I've moved on to using melted butter in my coffee. It's the only way to be sure you're getting the real stuff.
